7/7 testing update
On Monday July 6, 2020, the Center for Asbestos Related Disease (CARD Clinic) fully took over central testing for COVID-19 in Lincoln County. CARD Clinic will be holding testing clinics on Monday’s and Thursdays at 10:00 AM through July and will adjust frequency as needed. They will be testing for active, targeted surveillance, symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals and those with high risk travel. Call 406-293-9274 for questions about testing.
Other facilities are also testing for COVID-19 in Lincoln County. The Northwest Community Health Center (CHC) is testing current patients for asymptomatic active surveillance, pre-ops, as well as patients with symptoms. CHC is also conducting asymptomatic testing events in Troy for the general public.
Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is testing local pre-op patients as well as patients with symptoms that are hospitalized or in the Emergency Department.
Lincoln County Health Department will continue to test high risk individuals with specific symptoms, close contacts and known positives.
Lincoln County has had a total of 9 confirmed cases with 1 death. Two of those cases are still active.
Please remember, if you have not received a call from the Health Department regarding contact with a case, you are not a considered a direct contact.
