7/2 update

On Wednesday, July 1^st, Lincoln County Health Department received notice that an additional individual has tested positive for novel coronavirus in Lincoln County.  This individual, a male in his 30s, traveled through from out of state and had direct contact with a known positive.  After investigation, the Health Department has determined that there has been very limited contact with other Lincoln County residents and direct contacts have been notified.  This case will not be added to the state coronavirus map because he is not a resident and is not isolating in Lincoln County.  

Please remember, if you have not received a call from the Health Department regarding contact with a case, you are not a considered a direct contact. 

Lincoln County Health Department also wants to remind you to have a safe and healthy 4^th of July.  Please remember to continue to be diligent in social distancing, avoid large gatherings and wash your hands frequently.
