Additional Positives and Cluster
Lincoln County Health Department has received notice of an additional 19 cases of novel coronavirus in Libby. The breakdown of demographics is as follows:
- 11 males and 8 females
- 4 under 20, 6 in their 20s, 5 in their 40s, 2 in their 50s, 1 in their 70s and 1 in their 80s
- 12 are symptomatic and 7 are either asymptomatic, presymptomatic or unknown
Eighteen of these individuals are part of the cluster in Libby and one is from out of state travel. Contact tracing is ongoing. This brings the county’s case count to 33 with 26 active cases.
Please be diligent and remember that the following guidelines should still be observed:
- Vulnerable individuals should continue to follow the stay at home guidance
- All individuals should be socially distanced from non-household members
- All individuals should wear a cloth face covering in public spaces where social distance is not possible
- All individuals should stay at home if they are sick
- All individuals should continue to wash hands frequently with soap and water and when unavailable, use hand sanitizer.
