7/13 update



Lincoln County Health Department has received notice of an additional 7 cases of novel coronavirus in Lincoln County.



The breakdown of demographics is as follows:

- 4 males and 3 females

- 2 under 20, 2 in their 20s and 3 in their 50s

- 6 are symptomatic and 1 is either asymptomatic or presymptomatic



Three of these individuals are part of the cluster in Libby, two are from out of state travel and two have not been connected to any other known cases. Contact tracing is ongoing. This brings the county’s case count to 40 with 33 active cases.



Totals:

- Libby: 30 (including 26 in cluster)

- Troy: 3

- North Lincoln County: 7



Active Cases:

- Libby: 28 (including 26 in cluster)

- North Lincoln County: 5

7/9 update

Lincoln County Health Department was notified of an additional case this morning. This individual is an asymptomatic male in his 50s. Contact investigation is ongoing. We are also still investigating a possible cluster in Libby. Currently, we have five active cases in Lincoln County and 12 cases total.   Remember, we are specifically concerned about individuals that were within 6 feet for more than 15 minutes of an individual who has tested positive for coronavirus.   We will be hosting a Facebook live event tomorrow at noon. Please tune in for information and an opportunity to ask questions.   We are still notifying contacts.
